A consortium led by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. won a 13.2 billion order to build a first-phase facility in a planned tour port in Seogwipo on Jeju island. Ssangyong Engineering owns a 51 percent stake, or 6.7 billion won in the project.

The order calls for the consortium to build a 169-meter-long bridge and a 176-meter-long breakwater over 20 months as part of the plan to develop an area of the Cheonjiyeon waterfall near Seogwipo into a tour port.
