On October 19, Ssangyong E&C（Chairman: Kim Suk-jun）held a night garden party, inviting tenant-to-be businesses and others concerned at Bucheon Tekno Park Biz City, the largest apartment-type factory in Asia.

The event held at the center square of the complex was attended by about 600 people, including Ssangyong E&C President Kim Byung-ho, Lee Gyung-sup at Bucheon City, Kim Eung-rae at the Bucheon CIC. The attendees took a look at the PR Hall for tenant businesses, drew lotteries, participated in the barbecue party and enjoyed a concert.

A Ssangyong E&C official said, “We held the event for furtherance of goodwill between tenant businesses and to build up our spirits. We will continue to look for ways to reinforce the network of cooperation, providing all possible support for them.”

The Biz City in Bucheon will be ready for occupation by December. Its total floor space comes to 330,282㎡ (=about 100,000 pyeong) twice that of 63 Building in Yeouido. It became the talk of the town at the time in 2005. The 13-story building features a drive-in parking system for each floor, the central deck square and large-scale landscaping.
