쌍용건설

A consortium led by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. won a 34.6 billion won order to build the SC Hotel (ITO Metro Hotel) in a knowledge information industrial park in Songdo. Ssangyong Engineering owns a 60 percent stake, or 20.7 billion won in the project.

The order calls for the consortium to build the 15-story, 204-room hotel over 50 months on a 25,280-square-meter site in the industrial complex
The Songdo Knowledge Information Industrial Complex will house some 80 foreign and domestic companies in the fields of electronic communication, precision machines, new materials and bio industry.
