Wins prize in Green Residential Culture Awards

SsangYong Yega in Sajik (the worksite chief: Senior Vice President Kim Jeong-Guk) won the top prize in after-sales service of apartments in “The Sixth Green Residential Culture Awards”, presented by the Herald Business newspaper on November 30, 2006.

The apartment complex, with 2,947 units, was upgraded with new interior design, including lights, tile and wallpaper, as well as gardens and public facilities to keep pace with modern trends in vogue, with the Company bearing extra expenses as it had pledged to do when unveiling its model suites.

Also, the complex has offered “Total Service for Move-in” wherein a panel of 10 professionals, including tax, financing, real estate experts, and counselors, provides customized solutions to people who are about to move in, drawing enthusiastic responses from the residents.

The Green Residential Culture Awards were established in 2003 by the Herald Business to discover builders that have made important contributions to the development of a desirable residential environment culture in Korea. SsangYong won the best environment prize with “Sweet dot Home” in 2003, and the best interior prize and the best marketing prize in 2005 of the Awards.
