쌍용건설

Ssangyong E&C and Nakwon Construction jointly won the landscaping work for a housing site in Eunpyeong New Town, Seoul from SH on June 12th, for a total of KRW5 billion (the Company’s portion: KRW2.5 billion or 50%).

The work is comprised of the formation of five neighborhood parks and a green area on a 718,503㎡ (=217,347 pyeong) site. The construction is due for completion in November 28, 2007.

Eunpyeong New Town, comprised of over 14,000 households, is being built as a low-density, eco-friendly town in three stages on a site sized about one million pyeong (=3,305,800 ㎡), featuring 104 percent in floor space index and 28.8 percent in the ratio of green areas.
