On June 2, a ceremony was held at the new Petrochemical wharf of the Yeosu National Industrial Complex for completion of Ssangyong E&C’s work of the pipe rack and ancillary facilities. 200-plus guests, including Yeosu Mayor Kim Chung-suk, Yeosu Regional Maritime Affairs & Fisheries Office Administrator Min Gyeong-tae, KICOX President Kim Chil-doo and Ssangyong E&C Managing Director Suh Ho-mo, attended the ceremony. At the ceremony, the Company received a plaque of appreciation from KICOX President Kim Chil-doo for its part in the successful work. Site Manager Lee Seung-goo received a citation for the work.

The project was comprised of the pile transfer work involving a total of 761 holes, the 1,471 m-long steel structure work and other ancillary work. The work was successfully completed in April 2006 after commencement in June 2005.
