Apartment buildings composed of small-and-medium-sized households, whose height will be equal to high-rise residential commercial complex buildings, will be established in Gwang-an-ri, Busan.
Ssangyong E&C (President & CEO Kim, Byung Ho) announced that they will sell 928 households in late October under the name of “Gwang-an-dong Ssangyong Yega The Ocean”located at 160-1, Gwang-an-dong, Sooyoung-gu, Busan

Even though most of the households are composed of small-and-medium-sized ones apartments less than 84㎡, the 43-story apartment buildings will be the highest in Sooyoung-gu. The apartment buildings look over not only Gwang-an-ri Beach, but also Gwang-an Bridge and also Oryuk-do to the Southeast and Hwag-ryung Mountain to the West.
As it is a seismic designed high-rise building, and it can withstand a magnitude 7 earthquake. In addition, a refuge floor to escape fire will be installed in each building.

The transportation network near apartment buildings is very good as Gwang-an Station of Busan Subway Line 2 is close (120m) and access to the South Coast Highway and Seoul-Busan Highways is easy. In addition Gwang-an Elementary School and Hanbada Middle Schools are located near the apartment complex.
