Ssangyong E&C, Presales of Ssangyong Platinum S nearby Daelim Station!

Ssangyong E&C (Chairman & CEO Kim, S. Joon) will begin presale of its high-end small apartment “Ssangyoung Platinum S” (291 units) located at 717, Daerim-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul nearby Daelim Subway Station on November 4. This is the largest scale in a single presale of the urban living houses.

Platinum S, a 12 story building with 3 basements, is composed of 8 units of 17.48㎡, 264 units of 18.24㎡, 8 units of 22.68㎡, 6 units of 30.47㎡and 5 units of 31.50㎡ (net area), and is scheduled to be completed by February 2013.

Presale prices range from 130 to 180 million won and are payable in two installments, an initial payment of 10%, a second of 60%, and deferred interest payment plans.

Platinum S is located in an area with high rental demand for houses for 1~2 people since there are large business centers such Guro and Gasan Digital Complexes, home to 160,000 workers, as well as the LG Electronics Research Center and fashion outlet complexes and Singil New Town in the vicinity.

It is also boasting convenient public transport options with Daelim Subway Station (Line 2 & 7) only 2~3 minutes on foot and easy access to Mok-dong, Yeouido, Gangnam through Olympic Road, Southern Circuit Road and Western Arterial Road.

Also in close proximity are shopping spots such as Homeplus, Technomart, E-Mart, Lotte Department Store, Time Square and Gasan Fashion Town.

To differentiate from the conventional urban living housing, it is featured with ample storage spaces in the bedroom, entrance and bathroom and offers an unmanned delivery system, high-tech ventilation system, ceiling type air conditioners, digital door-lock systems at no additional cost. The high ceiling, at a maximum 10 cm higher than ordinary apartments, makes a small house look and feel more spacious.

Supermarkets, restaurants and dry cleaners will open from the second basement to the first floor, and a health club on the second floor. In particular, the second and the top floor (12th) will be decked with beautiful landscapes for residents.

The company design plan is 6 units of 30.47㎡ and 5 units of 31.50㎡as double deck style and the top floor units will feature a terrace.

An official from Ssangyong E&C said "to differentiate from the conventional urban living housing like Gositel (low-end studio apartment), we employed various amenities and designs” adding that “there is high rental demand for houses for 1~2 persons due to close business centers and two subway lines. That is another strong point.”

Meanwhile, Ssangyong E&C introduced a high-end small apartment brand, “Platinum S” last August, adding “S” stands for “Smart, Style and Small” to its own brand “Platinum” for the highest-end residential and commercial complex.
