Since Ssangyong E&C(President & CEO Kim, Byung Ho) opened its show home for 「Chimsan-dong 2nd Ssangyong Yega」on the 30th, it has had about 20 thousand visitors over four days.
The apartment located in house number 521, Chimsan-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu, was about to provide 657 units of 59~102㎡, which was 76% of the total, until it was decided to increase the number of units of 59~102㎡ to 96%. And it is the first time to use a 4.8m deck-type design in Buk-gu where there will be no cars at ground level. Especially, on the upper part of the deck, the theme park will be built for the residents to live in pleasant surroundings.
The B and C types of 84㎡ sized units (A and B of 75㎡ sized units used a 3.5 Bay) were designed based on the 4-Bay structure, and the buildings are bright and well-ventilated since they are mostly facing south, southeast or southwest. For all types, except for the 59㎡ sized units, storage where people can go inside and out will be provided at the entrance of the buildings.
Ban Wang-gun, the manager of an agent who sells Ssangyong apartments, said that “the demand is increasing since more and more people want to live in a better place in Buk-gu given that it only takes 30 minutes to get to Gyeongsangbuk-do Gumi Industrial Complex, where the economic situation is currently improving. We have been getting over 100 phone calls a day concerning the cultural facilities including Chimsan Park, Shinchun Park, Lotte Department Store, an opera house and a multiplex theater close to the apartment buildings.
Starting with the special sales on the 4th, the agent will have the 1st priority apartment subscriptions on the 5th, the 2nd priority ones on the 6th and the 3rd ones on the 7th. The residents are allowed to move into their new houses in September 2013.
