Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd (Chairman & CEO S. Joon Kim) said that it won the contract for the construction of the Riviera Point Condominium Phase1A, which is part of the Riviera residential area to be established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as a single contractor for 57.8 million dollars. The project is to construct a total of 549 households in 3 buildings.
The Riviera residential area is composed of 12 condominiums with 39 or 40 stories in which 200 households and shopping malls will be established. The project owner is a subsidiary of Keppel Land, a real estate developer in Singapore.
The 2 floors located in the middle of each building will be developed as a green space, and includes an eco-friendly energy saving design and the installation of a rainwater recycling system and CO measurement sensor in the basement parking lot in order to obtain the Green Mark, which is one of the top 3 environmental certifications.
In addition, the condominium will be located in front of Ca Cam River and will be the highest building in Ho Chi Minh City, thus becoming the landmark of the city and helping to shape a new skyline.

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd has completed a number of construction projects worth 27 million dollars including the construction of a road along the South coast, Hanoi Tower Center, Westlake International Hotel, and Dami Hydro-electric Power Plant in Vietnam.
