On April 7, Ssangyong E&C started selling 190 units of Sweet dot Home apartments in Taepyeong-dong, Daejeon. The number of the units on sale and their prices are : ▶ eight out of one-hundred-fifty-six units of 25-pyeong (=83㎡) (price: KRW5.7 ~ 6.1 million/pyeong), ▶ fifty-seven out of one-hundred-twenty-five units of 29-pyeong (=96㎡) (price: KRW 5.9 ~ 6.4 million), and ▶ one-hundred-twenty-five out of five-hundred-ninety-four units of 33-pyeong (=110㎡) (price: KRW6.1~7 million). Purchasers of the apartments will be eligible for deferred payment of interest for up to 40 percent of the sales price.

The apartment complex is in a geographically advantageous location, being close to a subway station and the KTX station (about 500 meters from KTX west-Daejeon Station). It is easily accessible from neighboring cities, or Seoul, Busan and Gwangju via West-Daejeon IC and Anyoung IC. Nearby facilities include the Yudeungcheon Sports Park, Daejeon Zoo and West-Daejeon Park. Residents are scheduled to move into the apartment on October 2008.
