Agreement signed for Yongho Bay reclamation work project financing

On March 31, a ceremony was held to sign the project financing agreement (KRW110 billion) for the Yongho Bay reclamation work. Busan municipal officials, Busan Bank Vice President Jung Won-Jong, Ssangyong E&C Managing Director Kim Sung-won and Yongho Bay Development Company President Yang Chul-gyu.
Ssangyong E&C, Sammi and Bando participated as private investors in the project which fills the bay area of 134,398㎡ in Yongho-dong to convert it as public commercial district. The project period is from November 2005 to November 2008. The City of Busan will sell the reclaimed land and repay the loan.
