Ssangyong Sweet Dot Home Walbae Yega on Sale

Ssangyong Engineering and Construction Co., a South Korean contractor, said that it started selling a total of 555 units of apartment, Ssangyong Sweet Dot Home Walbae Yega, to be built in south eastern city of Daegu on Nov. 25.
The apartments on the selling block are mostly mid-to-large sized ones including 90 units of 33A pyeong, 51 units of 33B pyeong, 266 units of 35 pyeong, 92 units of 47 pyeong and 56 units of 56 pyeong. The price will be around 7.05 to 8.2 million won per pyeong.
The constructor said it will help arrange bank loans for purchasers without charging interest for the financial help. Purchasers will be allowed to make their partial payment until the key to the apartment is handed over.
The area where the apartment complex will be located is a well-planned city of 750,000 pyeong equipped with various living facilities, 29,000 units of apartment complexes, 9 schools, 7 parks and 3 government offices in its neighborhood. In particular, right next to the apartments, there will be a park and elementary school.
A park and an elementary school are planned to be built right next to the apartment, and Daegu Arboretum, Bonri Park, Walgwang Waterside Park are also nearby. Various convenient facilities like Dalseo gu Office, Dalseo police station, Daegu Veterans Hospital, Bogwang Hospital, Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Walbae market, and schools like Hyosung Elementary School, Youngnam High School, Daegun High School, Hyosung girls’ High School, and Wonhwa girls’ High School are around the apartment.
The apartment complex is also conveniently located only 600 meters away from Daegu Subway Line 1, Jincheon Station. Guma Highway, Apsan circular road, Walbae road, Walgok road, Southern Daegu IC, and Hwawon IC will help residents commute to anywhere in and out of the city.
