Ssangyong E & C selling newly built apartments Ssanyong Sweet dot Home Yega

- A ten-minute drive from Suwon Station and close to Cheoncheon Interchange
- With a large-sized residential complex located nearby, it will be a good investment.
- All households face southward. Environmental-friendly spaces and facilities are built within the complex.

Ssangyong E & C (Representative Director: Kim Suk-joon) announced that it will start selling apartments Ssangyong Sweet dot Home Yega in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-city from September 29. The complex includes ▶ 250 households of 33-pyeong (=110㎡), and ▶ 240 households of 42-pyeong (=140㎡). The prices range from 6.80 million won to 7.55 million won per pyeong with 10% paid down. An amount equal to 40% of the price will be loaned with no interest.

The most outstanding feature of the complex is convenience for traffic, being located within a minute’s walk from Bongdam Station to be opened in 2010. It is also located within a ten-minute drive from Suwon Station (of Suwon-Incheon Subway) and within half an hour drive from Sadang-dong, Seoul and easily accessible to the West Coast Highway through Bibong Interchange. With the opening of the Suwon-Incheon Subway in 2010, it will be more convenient to commute to and from Seoul. The West Suwon-Osan-Pyeongtaek Highway is scheduled to open in 2009.

As well, a 6,000-household residential complex will be completed by 2007 in the neighborhood, making it possible for Ssangyong Sweet dot Home residents to take advantage of a wide variety of convenience facilities. In addition, the work for site preparation for the Suwon Regional Industrial Complex is scheduled for completion in December 2005, and the Gwonseon-Gu Administrative Town will be completed by 2008, making Ssangyong Sweet dot Home an attractive target for investment.

There are large-sized shopping centers, including Aekyung Department Store, E-Mart, and Samsung Homeplus. Nearby historic sites include Yung-reung, Geon-reung, and Yongju Temple. Nam-Suwon Golf Club and Laviedor Resort are leading entertainment facilities in the neighborhood. Nearby schools include Bongdam Elementary, Maesong Elementary, Yeongsin Middle, Yeongsin Girls’ High, Jangan Univ. and Suwon Univ.

The newly built complex has all the households facing southward. It has a variety of environmental-friendly spaces and facilities, including Cheongryu and Yega Streamlets, and Dong-sim-ji-won, Da-rak-won, and Ye-nok-won.

Other features of Ssangyong Sweet dot Home include a digital home network, thermostats installed in all rooms, a ventilation system in the kitchen, an air cleaner, luxury bidet, built-in refrigerator-freezer, gas oven, ondol floor, and the use of heat-insulating and noise-absorbing materials. The 15-story apartment complex consisting of nine buildings is scheduled for completion by November 2007.
