SsangYong E&C wins a remodeling contract in Phyung-Chon

SsangYong E&C was finally chosen as a main contractor of extending and remodeling Woo-Sung apartment in Phyung-Chon.The construction process includes extending its basement and upper-ground stories as well as increasing its in-house space.The estimated construction period will be 30 months, and the houses are scheduled to be sold after its completion in 2017.Meanwhile, SsangYong E&C has already conducted the first three apartment complex remodeling projects within the country. In 2012, Moreover, SsangYong E&C has manipulated the first vertical extension on an apartment complex in Korea, Yega in Bam-island. As a result of Woo-Sung project, SsangYong E&C now has 4,000 houses under its domestic remodeling contract ledger.
