Ssangyong The Platinum Omokcheon Station in Suwon Will Offer 713 Presale Units and Open an Online Model House for Prospective Customers

2020-03-04

Ssangyong E&C announced on March 4 that Ssangyong The Platinum Omokcheon Station (Address: 482-2, Omokcheon-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do) will go on presale on March 6. An online model house will also be made available.

Established to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, the online model house allows the user to examine the site’s location, environment, site layout plan and presale schedule as well as units types 59A and 84B available for viewing within the offline model house via an interactive 360° virtual tour, associated finishing materials and 3D model drawings.

To be built on a site of some 35,606 ㎡, this complex will consist of ten buildings (B4/22F) featuring a total of 930 apartment units. Among these, 713 units will be offered for general presales: specifically, three units for the 39㎡ type, 210 units for the 59㎡ A type, 143 units for the 59㎡ B type, 130 units for the 74㎡ type, 101 units for the 84㎡ type and 126 units for the 84㎡ B type. (Unit sizes indicate exclusive usage areas.)

In terms of transportation, the Suin (Suwon-Incheon) Line Omokcheon Station is slated to open directly in front of the complex. Suwon Station, a key hub on the upcoming Great Train eXpress (GTX) Line C, is also located nearby. Moreover, Cheoncheon Interchange (IC), the Suwon-Gwangmyeong Expressway and the Bongdam-Gwacheon Urban Expressway allow for easy access to Seoul and the capital area.

As for the educational and living environment, a city-run daycare center and Ohyun Elementary School (with an attached kindergarten) are situated in front of the site. Youngshin Middle School and Youngshin Girls’ High School are also located within walking distance. Plus, a themed “line” park is planned along the 4.6-kilometer stretch of land above the subway line linked to Omokcheon Station, with the park connected to walking trails within the apartment complex. The apartment site will also feature some 11,000 m2 of greenery.

Every building within the complex will sit on 5.5-meter tall pilotis, or open ground levels. A multipurpose gym, an indoor driving range, a fitness center, a book café, a ping pong room, a billiard room, an indoor children’s playground and other community facilities will be built as well. Furthermore, every apartment unit will have a fine dust reduction system, which can detect and filter out fine dust by automatically activating ventilation equipment, as well as an on-floor drainage piping system, which can reduce bathroom drainage noise.

“Many real home buyers have shown interest in the project and are making inquiries because the surrounding areas are hubs of urban development, including a scheme to transform the Hyohaeng urban development zone into a mini new town and the planned establishment of the 800-bed Seosuwon General Hospital,” one company official said.

The offline model house for Ssangyong The Platinum Omokcheon Station (Address: 533-1, Gosaek-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do) will be open exclusively to apartment presale raffle winners only during the contract-signing period. To prevent coronavirus infection, the venue will feature a thermal camera, a shoe sanitizing mat and hand sanitizer.
