Ssangyong E&C (President & CEO | Byung-Ho Kim) announced that they have recently (on 23rd) concluded a joint statement for labor-management accord to overcome the severe slump in the construction industry. The main points of the statement include the labor union’s consent to delegate the authority for wage negotiation in 2010 to the company, to the time-off limit, introduction of live welfare systems, discontinuance of the all-year-long resort, and revisions on overseas service directives.
