The Labor Union of Ssangyong E&C carried out a blood donation event on October 18th, the anniversary of the company’s foundation, in front of its main gate.

A total of 34 executives and employees donated their blood during the event as a way of rethinking the company’s spirit of foundation and of helping fellow workers who need blood. Applications for blood donations were relatively low because many, including executives who had returned from a business trip to India and employees who had had health checks less than a month previously, were unable to donate their blood.

In the meantime, the Labor Union of Ssangyong E&C has held the blood donation event every year since 2004 and the blood donor’s official registration cards will be delivered to employees who need them.
