The Natural Look of Mt. Guemjeong is Seen and Felt in an Apartment Complex?

An apartment complex carrying the natural appearance of Mt. Guemjeong, that represents Busan City, has been proudly opened to residents.
Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd (Chairman & CEO S.Joon, Kim) said that Guemjeongsan Ssangyong Yega (varying 74 square meter wide apartments to 114 square meter wide ones), established in Street # 91-2 Jangjeon-dong Guemjeong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, started to welcome 514 families, with effect from November.
Guemjeongsan Ssangyong Yega features the natural look of Mt. Guemjeong around the apartment complex. Many of the natural environmental surroundings are featured. The five gardens that have a natural look Natural Scent Garden, Meditation Garden, World-in-my-heart Garden, Maturation Garden, and Pleasant Chat Garden, are where apartment residents can relax and spend their time. Additionally, the Hexagonal Pavilion and Eco-friendly Pond are well-fitted additions to the apartment complex.
In 2010 Ssangyong had already constructed Guseo-dong Yega. Residents are currently being accepted into Guemjeong-san. Ssangyong Yega. Ssangyong will also establish Guemjeongsan Yega 2nd in January, 2014 and start to welcome residents then. Considering the three Ssangyong Yega apartment complexes, Ssangyong Town which consists of as many as 2,100 apartment houses will be established in 2014.
