Monthly rent and lease houses are available! Ssangyong Yega in the Byulnae New City

The Byulnae New City is readily available for moving-in. Two hundred cases have been signed thanks to monthly rental and lease house real estate broker services.
Free Shuttle buses run between Subway Line 6 Hwarangdae Station and a major supermarket.
About 50% of the units are fully occupied.
According to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation or LH Corporation, infrastructure will be completed by the second half of this year.
Best location in the north-east metropolitan area. Development is expected.

While fully-fledged moving-in at Byulnae New City has been recently occurring, Ssangyong E&C, led by Chairman &CEO S. Joon Kim, is drawing attention by providing monthly rental and lease broker services, and free shuttle bus services in the residential area.
Residents started moving-in from the beginning of January to the Ssangyong Yega in the Byulnae New City, and here Ssangyong E&C provides services that connect real estate agents and clients directly, and receives applications from residents and clients who want monthly rental and lease services. Thanks to the service, residents are able to find houses without visiting real estate agencies. About 200 contracts have been signed so far.
Free shuttle bus services are available for both employees and housewives. The shuttles run 14 times between Subway Line 6 Hwarangdae Station and a nearby major supermarket (Homeplus, Sinnae) from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In particular, it has been well received that the bus interval frequency has been shortened to 30 minutes during rush hours.
According to Ssangyong E&C, “Currently about 50 per cent of the houses are fully occupied thanks to several services aimed at promoting initial occupancy rates. In the beginning, it seems to be unsettling, but it is only a matter of time for this area to become vitalized because major roads and infrastructure will be completed by the second half of the year by the LH Corporation, and it is the best location in the north-east metropolitan area.
Meanwhile, Ssangyong Yega came into the spotlight by being the first residential complex to go on sale, and was called to be “the Pangyo of the north-eastern Metropolitan area.” The Yega, with each apartment 101~134 square meters of exclusive living area, was completed at the end of January including 10 buildings each 13~22 stories, and accommodating 652 households.
It has a main square, twice that of a football field in size, in the middle of the residential area, and also has a 600 meter long jogging course and a circular walking trail. Distinct design methods were applied, such as the Barrier Free Design which eliminates all stairs on the outside of the complex, and Vehicle-free design which gets rid of all cars on the ground.
