New Employees Showed Great Team-work and Passion

2011-08-02

Ssangyong E&C’s 36 new employees took a training program for marine corps for three days from July 20 to 22 on Mooeui Island in Incheon.

At the camp, they did the close-order drill, physical training, the IBS (Inflatable Boat Small) training, meditation and the rappel training, which is about jumping from a height of 11.3 meters, the height most fearful for human beings.

Hyun Shik Shin (27) said, “It was tough. But all of us went through the training successfully by encouraging and cheering each other. At the camp, we learned what matters most is team-work among members.”

Ssangyong E&C has been running the “boot camp for marine corps” as one of its regular programs to train new employees since 2006 to teach them the importance of team-work, can-do spirit and devotion to the organization.
