Subscription for All Types at 2nd Ssangyong Yega at Mt. Geumjung, Busan was Closed for the 1st Priority Group

“Mt Geumjung 2nd Ssangyong Yega”, which is located in Jangjeon-dong, Geumjung-gu, Busan, one of the preferred residential areas in Busan, closed the subscription for the 1st priority group. Subscription for all types of households was closed on the first day of subscription.
Ssangyong E&C (President & CEO, Kim, S. Joon) announced that the subscription for the 1st priority group on May 18 recorded a high competition rate of 12.47 to 1 as 5,286 rushed to subscribe for the apartment for which a total of 424 households will be constructed (excluding special supply).
In particular, 2,809 people subscribed for the 84.94㎡ sized apartments even though only 136 households of this type will be provided, therefore increasing the competition rate to 20.65 to 1. The apartment subscription fever continues in Busan with a high competition rate of 7.52 to 1 for 75.97㎡ sized apartments and 9.06 to 1 for 84.96㎡ sized ones.
An official from Ssangyong E&C said, “all households are small or medium sized, which are preferred by buyers and the 4-bay design maximizes the brightness and ventilation”. “The beautiful scenery of Mt Geumjung and the formation of Ssangyong Town, composed of 2,200 households, make the
Mt Geumjung 2nd Ssangyong Yega more attractive”, he added.
Those who obtain the chance to buy an apartment will be announced on May 26th, and the contract will be made from May 31 to June 2.
In the Mt Geumjung, 2nd Ssangyong Yega apartment, there is provided a large-sized closet at the entrance of each apartment, and the utilization of space is maximized by the installation of attached closets in all rooms. Thanks to this convenience, a total of 20,000 people have visited since the Model House was opened on May 13th.
