Merits of Living in the Ultra Large-scale Complex! Geunjungsan 2nd Ssangyong Yega

Ssangyong E&C (Chairman & CEO Kim, S. Joon) plans to sell 567 households in early May under the name of “Geumjungsan 2nd Yega” in 100-1, Jangjeon-dong, Geumjung-gu, Busan, which is the preferred residential area.
The 2nd Ssangyong Yega is composed of 6 buildings with 24 stories above the ground and 3 stores under it. One hundred and twenty eight households are 74.97㎡(22.6 pyung, based on dedicated area), 183 households are 84.94㎡ (25.6 pyung) and 256 households are 84.98㎡ (25.7 pyung). The selling price cap system is applied to the price, which has not been determined yet.
The characteristic of the 2nd Yega is that all households are mid-to-large sized units, which are preferred by residents. Except for 74.97㎡(3.5 bay), units with other sizes whose designs are based on a 4-bay structure which contains balcony, living room and 4 rooms. As units are deployed to the South and Southeast direction, the households are well-lighted and ventilated.
The complex provides views of natural beauty as it is located under Geumjung Mountain, which boasts scenic views in Korea. Geumjungsansung, Beomeosa, Donglae Benest golf club, and Oncheoncheon trail are near the complex.
The living environment including education is very good. Jangjeon elementary school, Jangseo elementary school, Busan art highschool, Daejin information and technology highschool, Busan University and Busan Catholic University are located near the apartment complex and Jangyoungsil science highschool and Pusan University of Foreign Studies plan to relocate their campus near the complex. Facilities for convenient living like LOTTE department, E Mart, GS Mart, traditional markets, Geumjunggu office, Geumjung police office, and Geumjung cultural center are located near the 2nd Yega complex.
It is possible to go to Jangjeon-dong station, line 1 of Busan subway, on foot (500m) and access roads to Seoul-Busan highway and Busan city highway are also located near the complex. It is easy to use transportation facilities with the plan to open the Sansung tunnel and the outer ring road.
In particular, by 2013 when the 2nd Yega will be completed, there will be 514 households sold since last May under the name of “Geumjungsan 1st Yega” and 1095 households named, “Guseodong Ssangyong Yega”, where people started living since last December near it turning the area into a large-scale Ssangyong town with the total number of households being 2100.
In addition, all households are equipped with a dressing room and an attached storage closet with not only room for shoes, but also space for storage provided alongside the entrance.
