Architectural Institute of Japan Visiting the Construction Site of Ssangyong Platinum in Namsan

Officials from the Architectural Institute of Japan visited the construction site of Ssangyong Platinum in Namsan (chief director and general manager, Choi Beom-jong). The purpose of the visit was to look at the management of subtracting, and the site quality management system in construction sites of Korea. The 22-strong team composed of a Professor from Kyoto University and president of the Builders Daily, Mr. Furusaka, and President of Osaka from the Federation of Construction Organizations.
They showed great interest in various issues, including various types of insurance, especially payment methods of employment insurance, management of technicians’ productivity, collaboration between prime-contracting and sub-contracting, working hours & daily labor fees of Korean technicians, order giving & successful bid mechanisms in sub-contracting, and requests for answers.
