Order Received for Two Sections of B-3 Block Apartment House in the 1st Village in the Happiness City

Ssangyong Engineering & Construction received an order for ‘Two Sections of the B-3 Block Apartment House in the 1st Village’ in the Happiness City in Yeonggi-gun in South Chungcheong Province on December 15 worth 199.3 billion and 48.2 million won (with Ssangyong’s share of 25 percent, which is, 49 billion and 689 million won).
The order for the construction was given by Korea National Housing Corporation on a turn-key basis. It is to construct an apartment with 1,388 households on the B-3 site of a land development district in Yeonggi-gun, South Chungcheong Province and other attached welfare facilities, and its construction period is 27 months. The construction will begin in June, 2009, and residents will move in during the latter half of 2011.
