Ssangyong wins Sinchang-Sinseong Power Supply facility work

On May 31, Ssangyong Eng & Const won of the project to construct the Sinchang-Sinseong Power Supply facility from the Korea Railroad Network Authority for 4.1 billion won (Ssangyong’s portion: 2.9 billion won or 70%).
The work is comprised of installation of a power reception room, ultra-high voltage distribution boards, cables and lights in a tunnel. The work period is for 24 months.
Though not very large in size, the work is expected to provide momentum for the Electrical Engineering Department.
