Ssangyong is provided with land parcel for apartment complex in Byeolnae, Namyangju

On June 25, Ssangyong Eng & Const succeeded in winning a land parcel, i.e. A12-2 Block of the apartment complex site in Byeolnae, Namyangju from the Koland in a fierce competition in which only one of 65 applicants was successful.
The 47,250㎡-Block is priced at 136 billion won. The Company plans to build a complex at the site (total floor space: 137,000㎡), housing six hundred fifty-one 148.5㎡-sized apartments. Sales are expected to be 300 billion won.
The planned apartment complex is the second one to be built by the Company, using its brand, in a decade after one built in Hwamyeong, Busan in 1996. It is expected to help the Company jump forward in apartment construction using its name and enhance the level of its apartment brand.
