Ssangyong, On top of Mount Everest

Kim Jong-Min, a senior manager of Ssangyong, climbed to the top of the world""s largest mountain, Mt. Everest, for the first time as a worker of a construction company.
Mr. Kim was the leader of the expedition that undertook the 81-day journey to Mt. Everest from March 24 to June 12 in 2004. They succeeded in climbing to the mountain""s summit 8,850m above sea level at 11:40 AM on May 30.
He went through training starting in July 2003 in preparation for the expedition, and took a 6-month vacation with active support from the Company.
