We are at the Marina Bay Sands resort, a symbolic gateway of Singapore. 

Although it was said that it could not be built as a planned because it was tilted by 52 degrees, 10 times more than the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a Korean construction company triumphed over those odds.

Using a technique to support the structure by pulling the cable from the inside of the concrete wall, the building became the most iconic building of Singapore after its completion in 2010.

This legendary success has been the catalyst for the Korea Wave that fueled Singapore&rsquos national infrastructure development.

7 out of 36 subway core routes were constructed by Korean construction companies. 

A Korean firm is also likely to win a 30 kilometer-long round-trip ten-lane underground freeway.

One Korean venture company has set up a base for Southeast Asian markets in Singapore with technology to replace bar codes by taking photos of stamps on smartphones.

Korean companies are making a new Korean Wave and future-proofing Singapore's infrastructure.
