Magok Central Park contract in Seoul

SsangYong E&C won the ‘Magok Central Park’ contract for USD 96 billion for the tender ordered by SH Corporation (share of 49%, USD 47 billion). As the largest civil project ordered by SH Corporation this year, it consists of a 503,875m2 central park and a 4-story building with 2 underground floors in total area of 30,446m2. This project based on lowest price was ordered on August 17th. . There were total of 12 bidders, and SsangYong E&C participated in a consortium with Kye-Ryong Construction Industrial Co (51%).
