Ssangyong E&C’s ‘Milyang Ssangyong Yega The First’ Captures the Interest of Local Residents

Ssangyong's 'Milyang Ssangyong Yega The First' house recently received its 12,000th visitor. Considering the population of about 100,000 people in Milyang, Ssangyong E&C explained that one out of nine Milyang resident visited the complex. 

According to Ssangyong E&C, the pre-sale fever has been attributed to various specialized facilities and advanced systems that have not been seen in Milyang until now, as well as high preference for name-brand apartment complexes.

The complex features advanced design concepts that resulted in the elimination of ground level parking. Ground floors of every building are elevated using pilotis and the space is filled with various amenities. Spacious parking lots that extend the width of each parking spot by 20cm, as well as Level 1 earthquake-resistant design are considered to be the strong points.

In addition, the complex introduces 2-meter terraced wide balconies and mom&rsquos stations, which are dedicated parking spaces for mothers, for the first time in Milyang. Smart home network systems and e-book libraries are also the first in Milyang. 

Adjacent to the complex, a nano-fusion national industrial complex will be completed by 2020. With the development of Naei complex no. 3, which is in contact with the complex, the entire area is expected to be reborn as an emerging residential area of about 5000 households.

Kang Seok Kim, the head of residential sales Ssangyong E&C, said, "Since 2010, the average number of residentials sold in Milyang has reached 500 units, so the expectation for new apartments is high because of insufficient supply compared to demand.&rdquo &ldquoOur complex, with reasonable price of 7.8 million KRW per every 3.3㎡ of space, is received very favorably with potential buyers, he added. 

The complex, located in 378-1 Naei-dong, Miyang City of South Gyeongsang province, will offer a total of 468 units, consisting of 289 A and B type units with 73㎡ of dedicated space, as well as 179 units with 84㎡ of dedicated space. To maximize natural illumination, the complex is comprised of 4-bay plateau-type (73㎡A, 84㎡) and a 3-bay tower-type (73㎡B) flats. 

The subscription schedule starts on the 5th of this month with special offering. Initial and secondary offering begins at 5th and 7th, respectively. The final ion of residents will be announced in the 14th, with the sales contracts being signed from 20th to 22nd.
