Ssangyong win a bid for Student Hall and Computer Center at Soongsil University

On January 14, the Company Won a bid for the Student Hall and the Computer Center at Soongsil University in Sangdo-dong, Seoul for 30.5 billion won. The 5-story (with a 2-story basement) Student Hall will have a total floor space of 16,648㎡. The 6-story (with a 5-story basement) Computer Center will have 6,202㎡. The work period will be for 18 months and 12 months from commencement, respectively.
The Company has built 7 other buildings, such as the Integrated Lecture Center, the Computer Technology Institute and the SME Center, at the same university. The Company also carried out the work for buildings, such as the Arts Hall, the International Education Center and a library, at Kookmin University in 2005.
Such experience in this sector is expected to put the Company in an advantageous position in win a contract educational and cultural buildings.
