On August 13, the Company won the Yangcheon Medical Center Project in Sinjeong-dong, Seoul ordered by the Public Procurement Service for 24,910 million won. The Company had also won the Seoul Medical Center Project last February.

The medical center in Yangcheon-dong, Seoul will be one specializing in geriatrics. The total floor space: 35,766 ㎡ / a 7 floor building with a four-story concrete basement / 350 sick beds. It will operate 20 departments, including: Internal; Neurology; Psychiatric; Rehabilitation; Orthopedics. The work period is for 20 months. Having built hospitals with an accumulated total of 8,000 sickbeds, the Company has secured unique technological prowess in the hospital construction sector, which is called the gem of architectural engineering.
