On August 7, Ssangyong Eng & Const started selling 99 units of the Ssangyong Platinum Apartment to be built at the entrance to Dongtan New City (15-8, 9 Block).

The units include: ▲ thirty-two 153.32㎡ units, ▲ thirty-two 155.94㎡ units, ▲ thirty-two 157.27㎡ units, ▲ one 218.41㎡ double-deck unit, ▲ one 223.38㎡ double-deck unit, ▲ one 228.05㎡ double-deck unit. The price stands at about 13 million won per 3.3㎡ (or pyeong).

The 40-story (with a five-story basement) tower-type apartment features three window sides commanding a nice view of nearby Mt. Banseok Park and Dongtan New City.
