Ssanyong Construction’s 30th annual shareholders’ meeting was held in the Grand Conference Room on the 10th floor of the Headquarters on March 16th.
At the meeting, agenda items, including the recognition of the balance sheet, income statement, and surplus appropriation statement from 2006 and decision on the salary ceiling for executive directors and auditors, were accepted as in the original proposal.

Also, Chairman Suk-Joon Kim was newly elected as a member of the Board of Director, and the former General Manager Jin-ik Choi from Busan Gyeongnam Region of Shinhan Bank was elected as a new External Executive Director.
