Quayside Isle with worldwide luxury brand shops and the finest restaurants is connected to the W Hotel and has been constructed by Ssangyong E&C. It was completed in June, 2012 with one building with a first, basement, and two stories above ground while not ruining the ocean view.
It is notable that the best interior and finishing materials were used that were worth 2 million won per 3.3㎡, seven times more than Korea’s skyscraper apartments. For the exterior, highly efficient and eco-friendly architecture was used to allow for low E Glass and solar collectors, and wind power generators.
With this, Ssangyong E&C received the best BCA Green Mark level “Platinum”, which is one of three eco-friendly authorizations in 2010.
