The first overseas hotel development project undertaken by a Korean firm, the Marriott Residence projects in Anaheim and San Diego, were successfully completed with Ssangyong being involved in every stage of the project, including planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.
Proposed by the Marriott Group, Ssangyong chose the Marriott Residence project in Sacramento as its third development project.
