The Intercontinental Hotel Bali consists of seven 4-storey buildings with a total of 417 guestrooms. The local building code dictated that all the buildings should not exceed palm tree height (15m). What separates the hotel from others is the perfect harmony between its traditional Indonesian architectural style and Bali's beautiful scenery.
We won the turnkey project and were involved throughout the entire process, from design and construction through to construction management, helping us to raise the bar for Korean contractors’ involved in the construction of high-end structures.
