Ssangyong E&C won the contract for building the Royal Brunei Polo Club in September 1988 thanks to the good relationship based and that had been built with Brunei through its successful completion of the RBA Plaza and QAF Plaza, where the company replaced a Korean construction company that failed to finish the constructions in the mid 1980s.
The Royal Brunei Polo Club, finished in July 1990, has four three-story reception buildings with 24 rooms and annexes and it’s famous for the unique designed beautiful exterior that has the appearance as that of a jewelry box.
