‘Byeolnae New Town Yega’ model houses opened by Ssangyong Construction on Sept. 4 at Guri City, Gyeonggi-do were crowded with over 30 thousand people who visited over the weekend.
Ssangyong personnel related to the construction said, “Because of advantageous locality of Byeolnae New Town, which is a new town closest to the Seoul sphere of life, it is attracting a lot of interest with over one thousand inquiries by phone every day.”
The number of apartments to be lotted out for Byeolnae New Town, which is closest to Seoul are: total 652 in 7 types including ▶ 13 for 129㎡A ▶ 196 for 129㎡B ▶ 13 for 130㎡ ▶ 108 for 155㎡A ▶ 230 for 155㎡B ▶ 87 for 170㎡ ▶ 5 for 174㎡. The number of apartment buildings is ten with 3 floors below ground and 13 to 22 floors above ground.
