1. Client: Korea National Housing Corp.
2. Work period: 1,080 days
3. Site size: 2,487,447㎡ (work comprised of site formation and civil engineering work.)
4. Contract amount: 75,826 million won (inclusive of VAT)
※ A consortium of Ssanyong and Korea Development (70:30)
Ssangyong’s equity share amount: 48,252 million (not inclusive of VAT)
5. Background for winning the work: In the hope that the work will be the basis for the project for development of a new city in Pangyo.
6. Significance of the work: The work is the very beginning of the work for development of a new city in Pangyo, which is a core part of the real estate policy for the Greater Seoul area of the current administration.
Participation in the work will draw nationwide attention, the importance of which defies translation into monetary terms. As well, this will serve as an occasion to enhance the Company’s position as a leading construction firm, with the site located at the entrance to Seoul.
