Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province will soon play host to a new apartment complex that provides a perfect balance of good transportation options, education and natural surroundings. On July 6, Ssangyong E&C (Chairman and CEO: S. Joon Kim) announced that the company would open a model house for Ssangyong The Platinum Samgye on July 8 and begin unit presales in earnest. The apartment complex will be built in Samgye-dong, a residential area in Gimhae, that is enjoying rising popularity.

 

To be located at 1027-12, Samgye-dong, Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province, the new complex will consist of two apartment buildings (B2/27F) offering a total of 253 units. Although all units are of the 84㎡ variety, they can be divided into four types: 84㎡ A (51 units), 84㎡ B (104 units), 84㎡ C (46 units) and 84㎡ D (52 units). Every unit will be available for general presales.

 

As for transportation options, the complex will be only a ten-minute drive from the city’s downtown, and the nearby Busan-Gimhae LRT Kaya University Station provides convenient access to Busan Metropolitan City. In addition, National Highway 58 connecting Mugye and Samgye is scheduled to open this year. The complex will allow easy access to this highway via the Gwangjae and West Gimhae Interchanges.

 

As for education options, Shinmyung Elementary School is located within walking distance, and Bunseong Middle School, Bunseong High School and Gusan High School are all nearby, so elementary, middle, and high schools are all available in the vicinity. The model house will be located near Inje University Station in Samjeong-dong, Gimhae. Residents are expected to begin moving into the complex in January 2025.
